We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Customers are encouraged to contact us before returning an item for guidance

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

• We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days

• The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs

• A refund will be issued after inspection and approval

Inspection at Delivery

We recommend customers inspect the product at the time of delivery to ensure satisfaction.
However, this does not affect your right to request a return within the stated return period.
